In 1986, the world of employee benefits changed dramatically with the passage of COBRA. Infinisource, then known as COBRA Compliance Systems, Inc., was founded to help employers and insurance professionals navigate through the cumbersome and challenging information associated with benefit-related federal regulations.
Easing the administrative complexity for more than 1 million insured in 50 states, Infinisource provides administration for COBRA, Flexible Spending Accounts, Premium Only Plans, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Health Spending Accounts, Direct Billing, HIPAA Solved, a HIPAA Privacy and Security solution, and an on-line eligibility and enrollment solution, InfinisolvedĀ®. Our vision has been to make Infinisource the benefit administrator of choice for small and midsize employers by offering a complete suite of products and services. In 2008, Infinisource added payroll services by acquiring Payroll, established in 1998 as the first and only payroll company to offer real time Internet payroll processing using an "Application Service Provider" (ASP) model.
To complete the benefits package, Infinisource offers educational seminars and webinars and compliance resources. With a foundation of over 22 years, 275,000 seminar attendees and over 15,000 administrative clients, Infinisource continues to provide the outsourcing solutions employers need.
